Guided Breathwork is a form of deep therapeutic experinece and it’s the most powerful natural medicine for physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual health. Working with your breath takes you beyond the mind and creates proufound shifts in your life. Breathwork is an amazing practice for self-development, self-healing, achieving your greatest goals and tuning into your own inner wisdom and inner guidance.

Utilising the powerful tool of guided breathwork we can create balance, restore body’s natural energy flow and activate innate healing process, regulate your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, we are able to remove tension in a mental, physical and emotional level, clear trapped energy, traumas and blocks that are stored in the body, access the subconscious mind and release anything that is no longer serving you, transform limiting beliefs, rewire and install new beliefs, closing stress responses, healing the past, tap into future timelines, being able to gain new perpectives and to see life through a new lense, healing your inner child, alchemize and integrate your shadows, awaken and develop your intuition, building self love and worth, connect with your higher self, activating your divine DNA, creating freedom within, built clarity and focus, manifesting dreams, abundance and opportunities, and so much more.

In a physical level breathwork also helps with relaxation, body aches, pain management, sleep problems, lowers blood pressure, reduce toxins, improves digestion, immunity and respiratory function, incresing energy levels, vitality, joy, inner peace, improves circulation, lung capacity, cardiovascular health and helps with overall feeling of well-being.

Through consistent somatic therapy and energy work, the body will return into a balanced state and physical symptoms reduce in severity or disappear completely.

This is not your typical Breathwork experience.

This is a unique blend of Owaken Breathwork, energy work, empowering hypnotherapy, guided meditation, music, intuitive guidance, subconscious rewiring and nervous-system work.

This is highly customised experience and directly designed to help you and you only.

We will identify your needs, intentions and goals, and I’m here to support you by going all in.

The session will be fully tailored to exactly what you need in order to break free limitations and move in the direction of your dreams.

As a Trauma-informed Breathwork facillitator your safety is my first priority. I create a confidential, nurturing and comfortable space where ALL of you is accepted, embraced, met, seen and heard.

My passion is to teach you the tools that supports you individually for self-regulation and self-healing so you can work with your own individual nervous system and take a full control of your own mental and physical wellbeing.

Most supportive option is to choose ongoing coaching between the journeys. 

In the programs and packages you’ll have direct access to Saana through private messaging. You can share your thoughts, updates, or ask questions and receive valuable coaching, processing and integration support, regular check ins and accountability throughout the time period of your journey together.

Breath is at the heart of everything you are, everything you have been, and everything you’re still becoming. Every experience you’ve ever lived through is carried with you on your breath. When an experience is particularly activating or traumatizing, it becomes rooted in your nervous system, driving habitual responses that often decrease your wellbeing and ability to stay grounded and confident.

That’s why I’m so passionate to teach people to understand their bodily responses so they can recognize the moments when they feel tossed about on the oceans of life and getting out of balance. I teach them HOW to expand their capacity to both, stress and bliss and consciously find their center of calm so they can remain anchored and self-sourced.
